In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

For many, many years, The Jim Bakker Show has partnered with Philip Cameron and The Orphans Hands ministry. Together with your help, we have built homes in Moldova that have prevented children from being caught and forced into sex trafficking. These homes have also been a safe place for children who have been rescued from sex trafficking as well. With your help, we have also fed and clothed hundreds of orphans. Lori and my daughters traveled to Moldova several years ago and saw first-hand your financial gifts at work, and it was a beautiful sight!
Today, Philip Cameron and The Orphans Hands ministry needs our help right now! One of the ministry’s homes is located in Odessa, Ukraine. The very children that you helped to save are on the front lines of this great conflict between Russia and Ukraine! We must pray and fast for protection over the children and ministry leaders as they are working diligently to get out of Ukraine.
The Orphans Hands leaders have also seen an opportunity, and are exercising much of what I have been preaching for the last several decades. These leaders have a team at the border of Ukraine, feeding the refugees and transporting them to safety! Is this not the best opportunity to share the Gospel?
In this time of crisis, God has shone the light of salvation. But this light can only shine with your help. It is costing The Orphans Hands $10,000 a day for food and gas in order to save and minister to the people of Ukraine.
