Shipping for orders outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is not available.

Returns
Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

Hall Of The Prophets – Name Engraving
Each Partner who donates at the Platinum Level will be honored at Morningside USA by having their name engraved on a brass plate that will hang on the wall in the atrium of the Hall Of The Prophets. This plate will display alongside photos of present-day prophets (such as Billy Graham) and Biblical Old & New Testament prophets. Our Partners names, along with these pictures of Biblical and modern day prophets will surround Morningside USA’s famous statue of Jesus Christ ( currently displayed on Grace Street ) in the atrium, which will be the grand entrance to our new Voice Of The Prophets Studio.
Prophets Chamber Partners Photo Album
As well as honoring & thanking those who give by displaying their name inside of the Hall Of The Prophets building, we are establishing a Partners Photo Album which will reside in the Prophets Chamber. The Prophets Chamber will be a dedicated place of prayer and rest for prophetic ministers speaking the Word of the Lord at Morningside USA. With a Platinum Level offering toward Morningside USA’s Prophetic Ministry for God’s prophets, a 4×6 photo will be displayed in this Prophets Chamber Partners Photo Album ( Partners will be asked to send in three (3) 4×6″ prints of their choosing ). As prophetic ministers travel to Morningside USA, they will have the opportunity to pray over the names of Partner’s who have sowed into this blessing ( Matthew 10:41 ).
Platinum Membership Card
In addition, for your offering you will receive a Platinum Membership Card. With this membership card you will be granted access to all paid events in the Voice of the Prophets Studio.
