Frequently Asked Questions About Monthly Partnerships

How long must I be committed to a monthly partnership?

We are asking everyone who signs up for a monthly club to be committed for at least 12 months. You can, however, call us at 1-888-988-1588 to adjust your partnership at any time.

Can I cancel my monthly partnership?

We would hate to see you cancel your partnership, but we do understand that your cancellation may need to happen for any number of personal reasons. To cancel your monthly partnership, please call 1-888-988-1588.

When will I be charged?

Your credit/debit card will be charged upon signing up for your monthly partnership. It will then be charged on either the 5th or the 20th of every month. Please be sure to tell the operator what day you would like your partnership to occur on.

Can I sign up with a checking account?

No, we can only process credit/debit cards at this time for monthly partnerships.
