In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show are not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was received defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply a working link as soon as possible.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) refund. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.
